How to edit or disable the popup on main page

Hello I am using the latest Xstore and woocommerce. I have a popup on main page that dims the screen. It is empty and only the top right close icon is visible. Where can i put content into this popup or disable it?

Also a second question, After update WPBakery and WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugins are asking for a purschase code. I thought they were included? The code i got from ThemeForest doesn’t work.

1/ Theme options > Header builder > check content area and delete Newsletter element from there.
