Could you please attach the URL of the page and provide access details in the private content section? With this access, we will be able to review the page and determine whether there is a solution to place it in the requested location.
As we can see from the screenshot, the previous buttons are displayed by some custom plugins, so it is necessary to check whether there are possible solutions using custom CSS in this case.
