How to download the theme update? - by Rodrigo

    Hello,

    I am not finding where I can download the new update of the theme, I downloaded the theme from the page of my account but came with version v2.9.2.

    I would like to emphasize that when I made the purchase of the theme I made the purchase directly here and not in ThemeForest, so I do not have the activation code of the Theme other than the code sent by E-mail in the act of the comrpa of the theme made directly Through their 8theme website.

    Can anyone help me with this situation?
    For what I saw and I follow here in the support forum most users bought the theme for ThemeForest, in my case I bought through the site 8theme.com so I can not download the update through ThemeForest.

    I await an answer.

    Sorry for the delay.
    As I see you are using old theme and Woocommerce version. New theme version is compatible with Woocommerce 3.0.4. If you give your consent, we will update plugin and theme for you.

    So, but in case I’m using the theme in two domains, I do not know if it has problems, I’ll have to pass the two access to you?

    Or do you have how to somehow release the updated theme so I can download and install it?

    Hello,

    1 license can be used for the 1 project only. If you use theme for more than 1 project you need to buy the separate license for the every new project where you want to use our theme.

    Provide me admin panel and FTP access to the site where you want the update and activate our theme, because the new version comes with activation and you won’t be able to use the theme without activation.

    I am contacting again by this after a long time, to inform the WP and FTP access data to the Domain where I would like to update the theme.

    As I was informed previously that only one license per project could be used, I decided on which of my projects I will use in order to update the theme.

    Access data in private content.

    Hello,

    We have updated theme and woocommerce. Please check. This notice relates to your child theme http://prntscr.com/gqpnvr > http://prntscr.com/gqpobh, so you just need to compare 2 files (parent theme file and your child theme file) and add the missing code to your child theme file.
    Also translation files were synchronized, so you need to translate missing strings.

    Hello,

    I checked that the theme was updated right away, however, as you reported that the translations were synchronized I lost all the translations I did, I had the almost complete theme translated to Portuguese Brazil, I verified that there is no more translation.

    I ask that you kindly check what happened and if possible restore my translations, after all there are more than 1000 strings that have been translated one by one, it gets complicated.

    Hello Rose,

    There was no backup of the translation file, because it was a file that was made and translated directly by the WordPress panel, it did not back up the file.

    Also because if the theme was updated it would only be deleted or modified if I did, such as synchronize or delete it.

    Your previous translation can’t be fully restored, but I restored 12% http://prntscr.com/h25p2r. Please check.
    Note that you need to translate only the necessary strings, visible on the frontend.
