The section you referred to in your screenshot is known as the “Sticky Cart” element. You are welcome to edit your Single Product Template using the following link:

hi team
i want to say that in some there is hover effect for add to cart button while in some design there is button show for add to cart
if i want to show add to cart button below of product page not on hover
