    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m writing to your support forum for assistance with my website, vitanour.com, which uses the XStore theme.

When the site initially loads, there’s a noticeable “glow” or flash effect that appears briefly before the full page content is displayed. I’d like to disable or remove this effect to provide a smoother loading experience for my users.

Could you please provide instructions on how to turn off this specific glow effect? I’ve checked the theme options but haven’t found a clear setting for it.

My purchase code is provided in the designated field above.

I will provide the link to my website (vitanour.com) in the private content area. Would it be possible for your team to address this issue directly, and if so, could you also explain the method used so I can understand how to manage similar situations in the future?

Thank you for your time and help.

    Best regards,

    Dear @soulaiman,

We kindly recommend that you temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find the list of officially supported plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Once you have done this, please clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child theme. After switching and clearing the cache, please test the site again.

Additionally, we recommend performing the same test using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront. This will help determine whether the issue is related to custom code within your Child theme.

Please let us know the outcome of these tests so we can assist you further.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I hope this message finds you well.

Thank you for your previous recommendations. I have carefully followed the steps you provided, including deactivating third-party plugins, clearing the cache, and testing with both the parent theme and the Storefront theme. Unfortunately, the “glow” or “flash” effect persists.

I apologize for any previous ambiguity in my description. To clarify, the issue is not with the general functionality of the website, vitanour.com. Instead, there’s a brief visual effect, similar to a “blur” or subtle “haze,” that appears across the page when it initially loads or when navigating from one page to another. This visual effect lasts only for a moment until the page content is fully displayed. I’ve also attached an image to help illustrate this effect more clearly.

I recall that this effect might have been associated with the Site Preloader previously. While I have already removed the preloader image, this specific blur/haze animation still appears.

My goal is to completely disable or remove this “blur” or “haze” transition effect to ensure a smoother and more seamless loading experience for my users.

Could you please provide further guidance on how to identify and disable this particular visual transition? Any specific settings within the XStore theme options or custom CSS modifications that might control this effect would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your continued support and assistance.

    Best regards,
