I have created a wholesale website. I want to sell items to limited customers. In this case, I want to restring user login. Only limited users approved by me, will be able to login to my site. How to do that ?

I have checked the theme and found multiple bugs.
When trying to export products, it is not exporting all data. I have added brands on products but when exported product date it not exporting the product brand. how to fix this.
