Change user login experience in xstore wordpress theme

I have created a wholesale website. I want to sell items to limited customers. In this case, I want to restring user login. Only limited users approved by me, will be able to login to my site. How to do that ?

I have checked the theme and found multiple bugs.

When trying to export products, it is not exporting all data. I have added brands on products but when exported product date it not exporting the product brand. how to fix this.

Thank you for the response.

The Default WooCommerce importer does not have that because the brand option is not the default WooCommerce option, it’s a custom post type.
