  I want to custom sign up / register account page, but I just found my account page and it already logged in, how I can customize register account page?

  Hello,

  WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation settings. You can check how the registration form is displayed for not login users via an incognito window of your browser.

  yes but i want to customize the page when they’re not login yet, like when you on the login and sign up page

  All settings come from WooCommerce plugin.
  What exactly do you want to change? Describe the desired result in more detail.

  Or custom CSS code to change colors.
  There are no additional options. You can contact support of WooCommerce to get advice.
