  I am watching the tutorial listed in the topic. I get to part where it shows you to go to Appearance -> Widgets and notice I have no widgets in the widgets section. Why don’t I have any widgets like in the video. All I have is white space where the widgets should be.

  Hello,

  Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Appearance > Widgets > check content of the Footer. Enable Elementor for static blocks https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , then you will be able to edit the content of Footer static block, and so on.
