How to create a same breadcrumbs effect like what the Xstore demo page does?

Hi there,

Could you please let me know how am I gonna create an exact same breadcrumbs bar like what it shows in the Xstore demo page？

Also, Can you pls tell me how can I change the amount of the columns in “Shop or Category” page ?

The column number is set for 4 columns now, I would like to change it to 3 columns.
