How to change the sorting options names?

    Hi how do i change the sorting options names.

    Example

    Default sorting > Default
    Sort by popularity> Popular
    Sort by average rating > Delete this option
    Sort by newness > Latest
    Sort by price: low to high > Price (Low to High)
    Sort by price: high to low > Price (High to Low)
