Thank you for your response.

You provided Shop page URL via the Private content area, so you should be able to rename it.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

Our team has navigated to the WordPress dashboard, selected ‘Pages’, edited the ‘Shop’ page, and renamed it. This action has effectively resolved the issue at hand.
