Created a new slider for my website and i want to change the slider in the medical demo but I cannot locate where can I change it. Can you please help me?

Do you want to change the slider on the page? Go to Pages > edit the Frontpage > Scroll down to 8theme Options of the page and find Page slider > choose the slider you need http://prntscr.com/olui31
