How to change shop page categories top bar

I would like to change the top bar categories, I am not able to see where to edit to change the layout or make a custom one. I am specially talking on the shop link on the breadcrumb navigation. when I click on shop it is taking me to the one on the template and showing the original template

4. Edit the block and modify the content/layout as per your requirements.

Furthermore, within the XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout, you may execute the following:

a) Upon navigating the left sidebar, you will encounter options for the banner position and content.
b) Within the ‘Banner Content’ area, insert the shortcode of the Static Block you have previously edited.

Thank you very much for your help. How do I change what products can I show below the static block, I want to show different products that it is showing now?
