How to change Shop Banner - by Wsquare - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I am trying to change the shop page banner, however, i can not do.

I go WP admin –> page–> Shop —> Edit with Elementor.

But it said The preview could not be loaded.

“We’re Sorry, but something went wrong. Click on learn more and follow each of the steops to quickly solve it.

Can you guide me

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Enable Elementor for static block – http://prntscr.com/10nxst8 , then go to Static blocks and edit Shop banner block using Elementor.

i have done this part, which i can now edit the text, however, i do see where to replace the banner image. many thanks

Do you use Elementor or WPBakery? Do not use both editors at the same time.

i only use elemntor. but i click inside it has the image , but it can only change text. as below

Do you remember what page builder (WPBakery of Elementor) was selected during demo content installation?
[vc_row][vc_column] – means that content was created using WPBakery. When you edit that content using Elementor it causes a conflict. Content that was created using WPBakery should be edited using WPBakery.
Provide temporary wp-admin access. I will change the static block content, so to allow you to edit it using Elementor.
