    Hello, @raj,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    Please navigate to WordPress dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy > uncheck this option (Send password setup link (recommended)
    New customers receive an email to set up their password.) and save settings

    The My-Account page functionality comes from the WooCommerce plugin.

    1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the test.

    We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
