How to change or remove call us and number on header?

Please help, I use it for many hours to find how to edit them. I need to remove or change them.

The header shows, Call Us: 8 800 2563 123 and the search box and cart icon.

I use a Digital Business template.

How can I do it?

Do you use this demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/digital-marketing/ ?
Theme Options > header builder > edit content of connection block https://prnt.sc/zY9mcc9kBwNS

Also, enable Elementor for static blocks https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks to be able to edit content of Footer using Elementor

Thank you for your answer, yes I use the demo in the link you post, digital business.

I tried as you suggest, but the problem is when I go to the header builder I cannot see the connection block to edit.

I tried to reset the header builder but I still do not see the connection block.

But when I launch my public page I still see Call Us: 8 800 2563 123.

Hi Tyler,

Thank you for your time, I think I get the resolve.
I created multiple headers and do not know about them, when I delete one of them, the page shows in the way I want.
