How to change linked product in hotspot tooltip to another language version?

I remember that I previously linked a product URL in a hotspot tooltip, but now I’d like to change that link to point to the same product on a different language version of the site. However, I forgot where I originally set or edited that link.

Could you please let me know where I can update or change the linked product URL within the hotspot tooltip settings?
