How to change hover effect on products grid?

I’m using Industrial Power Tools template and I can’t find a way to change this blue color to black?

Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

To change the product hover color to black, please edit the page with Elementor > Edit Product Grid Element > Hover Effects > Hover Effect Mode > Select Dark and update it.

This is already set to dark.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
