Hello, I would like to know how to switch Xstore’s default texts to French as a primary language?
In the picture this is a sample, but I want this for all the site.

Once the structural elements of Xstore and the Core plugin have been translated into French by importing the existing PO files with the Loco plugin, I’d like to know if I then deactivate this Loco plugin, will I keep my French language intact or, on the contrary, am I obliged to keep this plugin active?

I’m asking this question because once I’ve configured my site in French as the default language, I’m then planning to do all the site’s translations (IT,ES,JP,…) with the WPML plugin.

    Hello, Brunos,

Once you have successfully imported and saved the French translations using the Loco Translate plugin, the translated content will be stored in your site’s language files. Therefore, it is not necessary to keep the Loco Translate plugin active for the translations to remain effective. You may safely deactivate the plugin, and your French translations will remain intact.

Since you plan to use WPML for translating your site into additional languages (Italian, Spanish, Japanese, etc.), this approach is perfectly fine. WPML will handle the multilingual functionality independently, and the previously saved French translations will not be affected.
