I am writing to ask for some help with my checkout page layout.

Currently, on my checkout page, the “Billing Details” are visible, but the “Additional Information” and “Payment” sections are collapsed. Customers have to manually click on them to see the input fields or information.

However, I saw a different theme’s checkout page (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/checkout/) and noticed that all the information and fields are fully expanded and visible at once without any extra clicks.

I would like to change my checkout page to look like that—where everything is displayed openly from the start. Is it possible to change this in my current settings? I have attached an image for your reference to show exactly what I mean.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

    Hello,

Please edit your checkout page using the Elementor Builder. After that, replace the Checkout Page (Multistep) element with the Checkout Page (Default) element:

    Hello @chutipao,

To use the checkout page layout as shown in the demo, please open the Checkout page editor in Elementor. Remove the current Checkout Page (Multistep) widget and add the Checkout Page (Default) widget instead: https://prnt.sc/vk-P0UJJ9oL6.

If the widget is not available in your Elementor widgets panel, please check whether the Checkout Page (Default) widget is enabled in the Elements Manager: https://prnt.sc/ileQvEj0k9ZB. You can find more information about the Elements Manager here: https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/.

If you require our assistance, kindly provide details about the issue you are experiencing and include temporary wp-admin access so that we can assist you further.

    Best regards,
