I am adding a button to the header (not newsletter button because i cant customise to look like a button) to create a popup form, how would i create that link using the static blocks?

Hello,
Add the Newsletter element and select the desired static blocks there. Provide URL of your site, we will help you with custom CSS code to make it look like a button
