How to bold text in Promo text – excerpt.

Option does not work.

Exactly about this element, but not to this extent. I can make such a substitution, of course, but it will bold the whole thing, not, for example, “FREE DELIVERY”. I went into Customize adding “b” tags, but that doesn’t help.
