How to block “leave comments” at blog ?

Are you referring to removing the “Leave a comment” heading?
Please try adding the following custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

h3#reply-title {
    display: none;
}

If you have decided not to allow comments on any of your site’s posts, you can disable comments globally in WordPress.

To do this, go to Settings > Discussion (https://prnt.sc/dd5Pgasadryk).
Then, simply uncheck the “Allow people to post comments on new articles” option. This will ensure that all future posts created on your site have comments disabled.

Alternatively, you can disable comments for specific posts only. To do so, open the desired WordPress post or page. In the right-hand sidebar, locate the “Discussion” section and open it (https://prnt.sc/3zBn4oVXoyot).

You will see two options there. To disable comments, uncheck the “Allow Comments” box. After that, make sure to save or update the page or post. Visitors will then no longer be able to leave comments on it.
