    Hello,

    I want to add a Zendesk Chat to my website, Zendesk has provided me with a code, where can I paste it?

    Hello,

    If plugin author provided you with code he should also provide instructions where it should be added. We are not plugin author, we did not see your code and don’t have instructions for this.

    The required code is in the private content area.

    I tried to add it through theme editor. however, whenever I update the theme, the code removed.

    Hello,

    Install Insert Header and Footer plugin and add the mentioned code to Scripts in Footer area.
