How to Add Sticky Table of Contents with Scroll Highlight Effect

    Dear Sir,

    Good day to you!

    I have seen a layout in a blog page where a Table of Contents appears on the right side of the post, and a scrolling indicator or highlight line dynamically moves based on which heading is currently in view while scrolling.

    Here’s a recorded example of the feature I’m referring to:

    I would like to implement a similar sticky Table of Contents with scroll-based highlight effect on my blog posts using the XStore theme.

    Could you please guide me if there’s any built-in option in XStore or a recommended way (plugin or method) to achieve this?
