How to add customer service icons to Single product pages

Hi there,

How can i add ustomer service icons to side of the page on the single product pages so that customers can click and chat? (I need especially the whatsapp chat)

Hello,

You need to use an additional plugin for this.
We did not test our theme with such plugins but you may try the following
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-whatsapp-chat/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/click-to-chat-for-whatsapp/
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

Hi,

I’ve installed one of the plugins and added some custom css and everything works fine. I just need a piece of code to hide the icon when the user is @top of the page and makes it visable when scrolling. Just like the .back-top icon.

Please can you help me with this?

Hello,

We would recommend you contact the authors of that plugin.
You did not provide URL of your site, but I suppose there is no quick solution using custom CSS only and a custom script should be written.
