How to activate xstor theme using a new licensee code?

I have developed a website using xstore theme on a local server. Now I uploaded the site to online server.
I have purchased a new xstore license. and I need to activate website with the new license so I tried to unregister the theme by accessing the XStore Welcome Panel., but unable to deactivate it.

for this information.
