We do not provide purchase codes for plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/
Install plugins via XStore > Plugins Installed, and update – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Hi,

Yeah I have tested them but, I prefer to have auto updating and other features that they give in full versions, theme says these premium plugins are free at the time of purchasing, could you add them to be auto registered when we install your theme or something exceptional please.

Hello,

The plugins included in our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

Hi,

I understand how you have purchased it as a bundle, and I haven’t purchased from other Authors so I am requesting you to find a solution for it as it keeps my website vulnerable with lower versions of the plugins and then some features are unavailable to use, so as a Customer, I expect to have the Premium features of the plugins and I do not wish to know what and how you have purchased, that doesn’t provide me a premium plugin. Hope you understand.

Hello,

You got premium plugins, these plugins do not have free or test versions, only the premium ones. To auto update premium plugin you need to use a built-in theme option (XStore > Install plugins > click update button if plugin released update) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ or you can do this manually using plugins archives from the Downloads page https://www.8theme.com/downloads and FTP.

Some plugins like Revolution slider for example offers a number of extra features (like plugin addons or templates library) for owners of the individual license. To get access to these features of the Revolution slider you need to buy an individual license only, it’s related to plugin policy and we can do nothing with this. All the other options of plugin are available for the bundled version.
