How to access and download XSTORE when in unlimited downloads

Hi,
I’ve just suscribed to Unlimited downloads and i can access to all wordpress themes ton download except the most needed one XSTORE.
Can you pelase help me in solving this please ?

Hello,

We are sorry but XStore is not included in the subscription. Only themes from this page are included https://www.8theme.com/our-products/

If you want XStore you can buy it on ThemeForest only https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546/

What ???

Subscription plan said all 8themes !!

So wrong indications, please give me a refund cause only xstore needed.

No, we clearly mentioned that XStore is not included https://prnt.sc/16howol
You can cancel your subscription in the My Account area.

Come on !
My mistakes was to not read the info box !
As Xstore is the only theme that is not included inside it should have been clearly mentionned in plans.
Off course i’m gonna cancel my suscription but as i paid for 1 year, i paid for themes that doesn’t fit my needs and for sure i’m not gonna use.
As i understand no refund can be expect but is there a way to convert this suscription already paid in some Xstore licences (i don’t know how much licences you could – even less is more than all these thems that i’m not gonna used)

We can give you refund if you bought a subscription within the last 7 days. In this case cancel subscription and let me know. We’ll give you refund.

Thanks a lot and despite that there is no way to buy several xstore licences via a monthly or annual plan cause for sure it is the best theme i’ve used so far.
