  Hello,

  1) Do you want to disable sidebar? Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page Layout > Sidebar Position On Category Page.
  2) You can use this custom CSS code:

  .category-grid .categories-mask .count {
      display: none;
  }
