How i can to change the variations swatches from circle buttons to a list

The circle buttons take to much space in my product sliders i want to change the style from buttons to a list to choose from, like this

2. How i can to move the product title in the product sliders or shop page before the variations swatch?

1/ There is no such possibility, unfortunately. “Select” type can’t be displayed on the Shop page https://prnt.sc/bUMbtozT73N0

Find and edit this custom CSS code on your site – https://prnt.sc/bS-kLdWpAeV0

2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Variation swatches > Position > After product details.

How i can customize the buttons to select i need to change it only in the shop and the product sliders, not any other place, so i can to grt access to the JavaScript files or any other way to so it? Because when i have many swatches like half size its take so much space in the shop page and product slider, in the single product page its okay looks good but only in the shop page and product slider its took to much space
