Hi
i had already submitted a new topic for this but it is now closed to replys which is quite annoying.
i thought the problem was resolved by robert but it seems it is still a problem.
before updating the theme i used to list a product and it would automatically show on the front page under NEW
but ive just added a new product and its not there.
it would appear that i now have to mark the product as new to get it to show on the front page under the new
bar.
i never had to do this before it used to automatically show there without it showing new
in a circle on the product.
i dont want new
showing on all the items i just want it to work as it did before by automatically putting the newest listed items in order because it was helpful for me to know what i have listed recently, now i have to search the store to see if i have listed a product or not which is wasting time.
so in short i dont want newly listed items to have the new label on the picture i just want to show them in the order i am listing them latest showing first
and so on.
Hello,
If you want to show new products you have to mark them as new in product editor.
This is required because you selected products type as New http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0820/h_1471691478_6221614_daa31b0de5.png .
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
i just want it how it used to be before the update,i never had to select new the product would just automatically show with the latest added product working down towards the left.
so for example i have just added a new item and marked it as new as i was advised in my previous post and it dont even show up because other items are already marked as new.
in short i just want then to show in the new
bar as i add them
do you see what im saying?
Hello,
Then we recommend you to use Woocommerce shortcode for recent products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ .
Please try it.
