How do we edit this pop-up wtih multiple conditions

Hi Team, I would like to edit the attached pop up with conditions eg spend 150 and get $10 off spend 250 and get $20 off, Spend 350 and get $30 off, Spend 500 and get $ 40 off. the first one should appear when customer has ordered less than 150 sencond one should appear when the customer has ordered between 150 and 250 and so on… how do i do this.

Unfortunately, the default theme settings do not include this feature directly, so you may need to implement custom code or use a plugin that supports advanced cart conditions and dynamic pop-ups.
