  Is it solved?
  Theme Options > Header builder > delete unrequired elements from the header content.

  no has deleted all content but the lines stay there

  Hello,

  You have the connection block element in the left side top bar area. And there are 2 empty widget elements there. Remove these widget elements from that connection block http://prntscr.com/v58oo5
