    Hello,

Please edit the Single Product Builder template using Elementor and remove the Related Products element:

If this does not resolve the issue, could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access so that we can review your settings?

To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account has been created, you may securely share the username and password with us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Best regards,

Do my related products show up as the image on my product listing in google? Please see attachment. The 12×48 floor trough does not show the actual picture of the floor trough. Instead it shows a picture of a grease trap which is listed under the related products section of the product page.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Use an SEO plugin to add the necessary OG image and OG description for your pages, posts, and products. Try, for example, the Yoast SEO plugin, and disable Theme Options > Seo settings.

Please remember to clear the Facebook cache for any products or pages that have been previously shared. You can do so by using the following link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
