How do I get the product category widget to SHOW MORE categories on click?

    Hi,

    I don’t want to show all of my categories on the sidebar, I noticed on this demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market03/shop/ < the product categories has a +23 more (Show more) option. How can I achieve this? Thanks!

    Hello,

    Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Filters > Show More Filters On Click

    Hi Rose,

    That’s exactly what I did but it doesn’t work. I’m using PRODUCT CATEGORIES WIDGET. It looks like the demo is using Product Categories Widget 2, where is that?! Please help.

    Hello,

    No, demo does not use Product Categories Widget 2 because there is no such widget.
    If the mentioned option does not work on your site then provide us with WP Dashboard access to check why.

    Hello,

    Our developers do not work on weekends. So, if your issue needs the closes look of our developers they won’t be able to help and you will wait for the working week.

    Is it a problem to give us access for tomorrow for example? Just create a temporary account with admin permission (Users > create new) and send us access. You’ll be able to remove that account once we finish.

    Hi Olga,

    So I can finally grant access. I have sent the temporary credentials in the private area.
    Areas I need help with:
    1. Categories Show More Show Less. (+ Button)
    – I can’t seem to make this work and have that option
    2. Themes sidebar is not working on tablet/mobile. (it will not switch to a slide-out, off-canvas style like the demos)
    3. Every time I update Elementor Pro the styles get lost and the site bugs out.

    Please help me!

    Hello,

    1), 2) You created shop archive page using Elementor Pro. Our features created for the default WooCommerce shop page, not for the custom page created using Elementor Pro. So, if you want to use them then switch to the default WooCommerce shop page.

    3) Do you lose the theme styles or Elementor elements styles?

    Thank you for checking! Makes a lot of sense now.

    We lose a lot of Elementor Global Styles.

    Is it possible to speak to someone from your support team? If they can join a conference call between me and my team to discuss some issues?

    Hello,

    We provide support via support forum only, we don’t have a call center, unfortunately.
    If you lose the Elementor styles after the Elementor plugin update then you need to contact Elemetor support. We are able to help only with theme styles.
