How do I disable the sticky header. And the colorof a button in the header is not changing completly

Please see the button “English” in my header, it’s like mission impossible to change the entire button to yellow, it keeps having dark blue sides, I really don’t like that. How do I fix that. Also, it is talking me hours to figure out how to disable the sticky header, I dislike this sticky header a lot! Please tell me how I can get rid of it.

Hi,

Thanks but for your first screenshot, there is no CSS code in that area, so I can not delete or change it. And for your second screenshot, I don’t have a tab called sticky header, that is the whole problem.
