    Hello,

    You may use the same hover effect for all the images using Media grid element and grid element design, create custom grid design http://prntscr.com/ch1e5w and create hover effect http://prntscr.com/ch1fp1but Visual tutorial https://vc.wpbakery.com/video-academy/grid-builder/

    Also, you may use 8theme – Banner with mask VC element http://prntscr.com/ch1hlc
