How do I create a banner set with slider on the left and banner on the right

I try to create a homepage banner set with slider on the left and 2 small banner on the right, with equally and responsive space, however I am not sure what tool to use or how to create it. the left and right are not the same height

Please adjust the width of the left and right columns until their heights are equal.

Thank you for your reply, however it cannot be done by just adjusting the width of the collumn, please see image attached.
