How do I change the product page width size?

Hi, on the layout main configuration I turned off full width but the product page is still stretched to full width. How do I make the width smaller?

Also, I hid the border style for the product gallery but it is still showing and the color variation title doesn’t show.

My browser cache is cleared.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1) Should you desire to reduce the width, kindly proceed to XStore > Theme Options > General/Layout. Here, you can adjust the site width according to your preference and subsequently publish it.

In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

If the issue still persist then We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

After that, If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your response.

To eliminate the border style for the product gallery on the product page, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Go to XStore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to Woocommerce.
4. Choose Single Product builder.
5. Click on Gallery.
6. Under Border style, select “None”.
7. Click on Publish to save the changes.
