How do I change the color of the contact form on the front end that pops up

The pop up contact form is red and I want the heaer to be a different color how do I do this?

Hello,

You can change color of the screets chat via wp-admin panel > Chat Console > Options > Customize Skin tab.

Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content and specify to which color you want to change chat background.
You don’t need license key as we include the plugin in the theme package.
If you want to have it you should buy the plugin yourself.

I placed the login in the private content area. Please read below and advise.

I do not have a skins option to change the color. Not sure if my theme loaded correctly or not.

ALso can you be so kind as to send me and export of the “Underwear” revolution slider? I need the wording and the call to action buttons. Thank you.

Hello,

You do have “Customize skin” option. Please log in to wp-admin panel, go to Chat console menu > Options, select Customize skin tab:

Then scroll down and you’ll see Colors section where you’ll be able to select background color.

Hi,

I was reading this thread to change the chat console color myself, but there isn’t a “customize skin” tab as shown in the screenshot. All it has is a “general settings” tab.
Does it have anything to do with the fact that the theme doesn’t come with a Purchase Key for this plugin?

Oh, also, In my main menu in the wordpress backend, I have e.g. Ess. Grid and Punch Fonts twice there – why are they showing multiple places in the menu?

I’ve updated essential grid plugin and the second “Punch Fonts” item has gone from the menu.
Also the issue with Screets Chat has been fixed.
