Lists, as shown in your example, have predefined styles. Their priority is higher than the styles you configure, which is why the changes are not visible.

To modify these parameters, we recommend using custom CSS code, for example:

.woocommerce-product-details__short-description li {  
    font-size: 14px;  
    line-height: 17px;  
}
