    Hello I need to customize the error message text showed in the red alerbox in the screenshot.

    I didn’t found it in .po of woocommerce.
    In which file can I substitute old, with new one text?

    As I see the mentioned message text is your customization which is added in the wp-content/themes/royal/functions.php file in line 43.
