How can I translate theme option and theme option header.

How can I translate theme options and theme options header. I need to translate all theme options u=in Russian. The theme is already translated but theme options (in admin) are still in English.

There is no such possibility for now, but I’ve sent your request to our developers, so in next theme update this will be possible.
