How can I replicate the feature in the demo to my site?

How can I replicate the feature in the demo where, on the single product page, a section with the add to cart quantity appears at the bottom of the page as I scroll down?

Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

To enable the sticky add to cart bar on the single product page, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product builder > Add to cart & quantity > Sticky Cart and switch it to “ON” before publishing.
