How can I get my default footer static block back?

Long story short, I was trying to edit my footer image (1), and for some reason, my website wouldn’t update to my custom logo even though I was clicking publish. I went back to check again on my static block and it was completely gone. Is there a possible way to get the default static block back? And also why isn’t my website updating.

For some reason, before it wouldn’t update to my logo even though I edited it in the WPBakery editor

You can provide temporary login and password from your Dashboard in Private Content area http://prntscr.com/mbemhc

It deleted itself again when I changed the logo to my more recent one, would it be possible for you to redo it but save it as a template. I have no idea why this keeps on happening.
