    Hello @Recep,

You may activate the cache plugin and test the reported issues. We are confident that these issues should also be resolved when the cache plugin is in use.

Hello, can you explain in detail what you did in your answer above? (You may activate the cache plugin and test the reported issues. We are confident that these issues should also be resolved when the cache plugin is in use.)

Because if I activate any cache plugin, the add to cart or buy now buttons won’t work. (When clicked, the button goes into a loading state and doesn’t complete.)

Could you please explain the steps you mentioned in your two previous answers, or any other steps you might have? We will test this situation.

    Hello @Jack Richardson,

In our previous correspondence, we configured the LiteSpeed Caching plugin with the necessary additional script exclusions. Following that, you reported an issue with upsells not being displayed in your mini-cart. We resolved this by adding the following code snippets (https://prnt.sc/sBZYTGYo3hov) to your child theme’s functions.php file.

At present, the mini-cart opens correctly when an item is added to the cart, and the upsells are displayed as expected (https://gyazo.com/c54bb519d5bf6dcc3a25f1b3c82bcfd0).

Could you please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues? If so, kindly specify which browser you are using for testing and provide a video demonstrating the problem so that we can investigate it in detail.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello,

    Thanks for the information.

We installed the WP Rocket plugin a few hours ago, and no custom settings are active. (CSS, JS, etc.) It seems stable now, but we’ll test it tomorrow.

I think the code you added for the mobile cart suggestion will need to be stopped? We don’t understand why it wouldn’t work without custom coding.

    Thanks.

    Hello @Jack Richardson,

Thank you for your message and for the update.

We appreciate the information regarding the WP Rocket plugin installation. It’s good to know that the site appears stable at the moment. Please continue testing, and let us know if you notice any issues.

In this case, we suggest to keep the custom coding to ensure proper functionality and compatibility.

Please keep us informed of your test results, and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.

    Best Regards,
