    Hello @Recep,

To display the off-canvas mini-cart content when a product is added to the cart, please navigate to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Shop Layout, then scroll to the bottom and locate the “Product Added Notification” option (https://gyazo.com/fd052f3696ba372f5ff5c37960bd95b4). You may also find any option by using the search function (ex. https://gyazo.com/e3fdd296af0f801dff4428db7128e9b2).

Regarding your next question, to edit the sidebar content on a single product page, please go to Dashboard → Appearance → Widgets → Single Product Sidebar Area (https://prnt.sc/pWICDnff2g4h) and modify the widgets displayed there.

If there are static blocks included, you can identify the name of the block and edit its content under Dashboard → Static Blocks (https://prnt.sc/3DMzqiv8qIGe).

To remove the brands from the single product sidebar, you can adjust their location in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Shop Elements → Brands (https://prnt.sc/S2yKz5M62rtW).

    Hello @Recep,

Please check now – we have set the correct value for the option: https://prnt.sc/iLEWrvnB7-nJ. We also described this solution in our previous reply, which includes a video: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-can-i-configure-the-cart-to-open-in-the-sidebar-instead-of-popping-up-when-a-product-is-added-to/#post-459698.

Thanks. I think the “Content type” detail was missing. It’s working now.

Is there a feature in the cache settings that would prevent this from opening? I’ll consider disabling it.

    Hello @Recep,

This feature should function correctly regardless of the cache settings. However, if you experience any issues while the cache is active on your website, please clear the cache and check again.

If the main issue discussed in this topic has been resolved, you may mark the topic as closed.

Hello, I adjusted the settings you sent me yesterday, and it was working, but when I checked last night and this morning, it wasn’t working.

No cache adjustments or other changes were made. How do I fix this? The desired view is for the cart to open from the right when adding a product, as shown here. https://fex.net/s/yso5skc

I’ve tried it on several devices, but when I click the “Add to Cart” button, only a checkmark appears.

    Hello @Recep,

Could you please temporarily disable the CDN on your website or clear the cache in your Cloudflare settings? We have checked the site in an incognito window and noticed that the issue persists. However, once we log in, the issue does not occur. Therefore, we believe the problem is related to the caching configuration.

We recommend temporarily disabling the caching of JavaScript files in your LiteSpeed Cache plugin and testing again.

If you have tried these steps without success, please provide us with the latest wp-admin access so that we can review the settings for you.

    Hello,

Yes, I cleared the CF CDN and the problem persisted, but disabling the “Minify JS” setting in the LiteSpeed cache settings seems to fix the problem.

I granted access in my previous messages. Please check it and let me know the exact result. Thank you.

    Hello @Recep,

Could you please check it now? We have added the following exclusion: “woocommerce-all-scripts.min.js” in your LiteSpeed Cache plugin settings (see: https://prnt.sc/3b9I2NqYM8Jc). We also cleared the LiteSpeed cache from the menu and tested the issue in an incognito window, where it appeared to be resolved.

Hello, thanks for the steps and information.

I’m testing incognito mode with Chrome, Mozilla, and Opera, and sometimes it doesn’t work in Chrome and sometimes in Mozilla. Interesting.

When I disable cache completely, the problem goes away. What’s your final suggestion? (Perhaps I should change the cache plugin.) Currently closed

    Hello @Recep,

We apologize for the delay in our response due to the weekend. We have tested the issue across Safari, Mozilla, and Chrome browsers but were unable to reproduce it. Could you please let us know whether you tested it on the same device or on different ones? The issue might be related to the browser cache on your device.

We recommend testing the issue on another device and sharing your feedback with us.

    Hello,

As I mentioned in my message, I disabled the cache plugin, and it’s still disabled. (That’s why you don’t get the error.) When I enable it, it doesn’t work stably on different browsers and devices. (When you click the add to cart button, it just shows an arrow.)

You have access, so you can enable the plugin and try again.

    Hello @Recep,

Could you please activate the cache plugin so that we can investigate the issue? Additionally, we kindly ask you to provide a video of your testing process to help us review each step in detail.

We are requesting this because you previously asked us not to make any changes to your website, and we have respected that request.

    Hello, Thank you.

All browsers’ caches have been cleared, and as I mentioned, I’ve activated the cache extension (the browser cache was always cleared before).

As you can see in the video, it opened in two of the three browsers with the first products I added, but it didn’t open in the second product. This varies from test to test, but it doesn’t work consistently.

For example, if the cache is cleared, I think it might work in some browsers the first time, but it definitely won’t work afterward.

I’d like you to review it. The cache is active.

    Hello @Recep,

Could you please test it on your side now? We have improved the LiteSpeed cache settings and, after implementing these adjustments, we did not encounter any of the issues across multiple browsers that were previously observed.

Hello, thank you. In my browser tests, it only worked in Opera the first time, but I’ll be keeping an eye on it. Could you send me a screenshot of your changes?

Finally, the recommended products (upsells/crosssells) don’t appear when added to the cart on mobile. Is this normal?

    Thanks again,

    Have a good day.

    Hello @Recep,

We have reviewed the issue related to the display of upsell and cross-sell products. These products are being shown as expected: https://prnt.sc/_8A7URTTKe9b. Please note that such products are displayed based on the items added to your cart. If none of the products in your cart have associated upsell or cross-sell items, these products will not appear in your mini-cart.

Additionally, we kindly recommend clearing your CDN cache before testing, if you have an active CDN, as we noticed that a CDN is installed on your website: https://prnt.sc/vunhKKvHVSkN.

    Hello @Recep,

We have checked the issue on a real device and confirmed that certain products are not being displayed. However, this issue does not appear when using the responsive mode on a desktop device.

Could you please confirm whether you have cleared or disabled the CDN caching on your website, as this might be causing the issue?

Hello, yes, I always clear the CDN cache before writing to you. This mobile device has had the Upsells issue since day one, and it has never worked. (I cleared it again today.)

Additionally, the other issue above, which worked in the tests, doesn’t seem stable yet.

When I last asked, you didn’t provide any information about the cache. Could you please tell me what was done? Perhaps I’ll change the cache plugin.

    Hello @Recep,

Following your previous requests, we have improved the LiteSpeed settings for the JavaScript exclusions: https://prnt.sc/NZJt4rvg3Kmw.

Regarding your inquiry about switching the cache plugin, we recommend trying the WP Rocket plugin, which is widely used and highly regarded by many of our customers as one of the best caching solutions.

Additionally, you can find a detailed article on optimizing the plugin settings here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/the-ultimate-2025-guide-to-boosting-wordpress-speed-with-xstore-theme/

    Hi Jack,

Okay. So, can we say we haven’t solved the problem?

Changing the cache plugin would be my choice, but I still don’t understand the lack of product suggestions on mobile.

Currently, no cache is active, and mobile still isn’t offering product suggestions.

    Hello @Recep,

Could you please provide us with temporary FTP access to your website and grant permission to perform debugging? During this process, some notices or errors may temporary appear on the web-site. This will allow us to investigate the cause of the issue by reviewing the product display conditions in the theme files.

Hello Jack, I’m glad the problem is resolved.

However, I would like you to explain the solution in detail (to prevent any additional code, etc., from being interfered with later).

The cache plugin has been disabled for two days, and I’m curious what will happen when we enable it. I logged in with the additional information I provided, so perhaps there’s another issue.

    regards,
