    Hello,

Create a static block with Menu element (select the desired menu in settings of the element), add HTML block in Header > select the static block, for example, https://prnt.sc/s8ewsb

    Regards

    Hello,

If you want to show content for mobile-only, do not add the same HTML block in desktop header content.

    Regards

You do not need to use multiple headers, in case you want to change Mobile header for the entire site, just edit mobile view of your Default header. For example https://prnt.sc/s8icwl http://prntscr.com/s8idcm

    Hello,

As I can see, all work according to your settings http://prntscr.com/s8j4gy so go to Theme Options > Header builder > enable mobile header > add to the desired place custom HTML block and select static block > Save changes and clear cache before checking frontend.

    Regards

Different content can’t be displayed on desktop and mobile using the same element.
When I suggested using the HTML block, I did not know that all your blocks already have some content, sorry, but in this case, this workaround won’t work.
Try the next way – go to Appearance > Widgets > create a custom sidebar > add “8theme – Menu” widget, then show it in the header using Widget 2 element.

    Regards
