    Hello,
    I recently changed my woocommerce product settings to “show subcategories” for the shop display and the same for default category display. When you hover the mouse over the image for the specific category, it shows a translucent version of the image with a “link” image in the center.

    How do i remove this so that when my mouse hovers to the product category image no animation or link image appears?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Please add this code into custom.css file:

    .product-category .mask-container .block-mask {
        display: none !important;
    }

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    Exactly the same question but I want to be able to keep the image as a working link! Just don’t want it to display the hover over link image!

    Many Thanks

    Rob

    Hello @Robert,

    Unfortunately there is only possibility to remove whole mask container.

    Sorry for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
